I serve as a Gift Officer for ħ¶¼×ÊÔ´Íø Children's, where I engage with donors and community members to identify meaningful ways they can contribute to our mission. My primary area of focus is cultivating relationships with mid-level donors and those who support the foundation annually.
My professional background includes extensive experience in project management. Most notably, I served as the Campaign Project Manager for our last capital campaign, "It Starts With Yes!" In that role, I successfully managed the initiative that surpassed its fundraising goal, raising $1.4 billion.

Career Development: Explore career paths within philanthropy (e.g., Annual Giving, Major Gifts, Campaign Management, Donor Stewardship) and provide assistance with resume review and interview skills.
Professional Skills: Provide coaching on effective communication, meeting management, managing up, leading a team, and working with internal and external partners.
Fundraising: Discuss the basics of fundraising including cultivation, working with mid-level ($10K+) donors, mastering the art of the personalized ask, and building long-term donor relationships.
Project Management: Learn to apply project management principles to various nonprofit roles.
Campaign Management: Understand the strategy and execution behind large-scale initiatives, sharing insights from the successful $1.4B capital campaign.
